Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2โ5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping (U.S.): Orders of $75 or more automatically qualify for free shipping
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order minimum is met.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3โ7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Please allow 24โ48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
