Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order from us. If something isnโ€™t quite right, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns include regular-priced items in original condition only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Final sale items (including sale/clearance items, accessories, and gift cards) are not eligible for return. Items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.

Refunds

We offer store credit only for approved returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color when available. If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued so you can choose something else you love.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective or Checkout+ was purchased with your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
